Child of Indonesian Citizen KITAS
DETAILS:
The Child of Indonesian Citizen KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit) is a visa category specifically designed for foreign children of Indonesian citizens who are under the age of 18 and unmarried. This visa allows the child to legally reside in Indonesia and is often sought when one parent is an Indonesian citizen and the child holds foreign nationality. It provides a pathway for children of mixed-nationality families to live in Indonesia and offers the same benefits as other KITAS holders. The Child of Indonesian Citizen KITAS allows foreign children of Indonesian nationals to live in Indonesia temporarily under the guardianship of their Indonesian parent(s). It helps families stay together in Indonesia without the child having to leave the country on a tourist visa or another short-term visa.
