DETAILS:
Environmental Report refers to a document or series of reports that businesses, organizations, or projects must prepare and submit to demonstrate compliance with environmental regulations. These reports are mandated by Indonesia's environmental laws and are part of the government's efforts to monitor and minimize the environmental impact of business activities, especially large-scale development and industrial projects. The primary reports under this category are AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), UKL-UPL (Environmental Management and Monitoring Efforts), and SPPL (Environmental Management Statement).
REQUIREMENTS:
Project Description:
Detailed information about the project’s location, type, scale, and purpose.
Potential Environmental Impact:
An assessment of how the project could affect the environment, including air, water, soil, biodiversity, and local communities.
Mitigation Measures:
A plan to reduce or eliminate negative environmental impacts. This includes waste management, pollution control, and habitat protection measures.
Monitoring Plan:
A detailed strategy for monitoring the environmental impact over time, including the frequency of data collection and reporting methods.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
All reports must comply with Law No. 32/2009 and other environmental regulations issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
Public Consultation:
