Extension Working KITAS
DETAILS:
The Extension of a Working KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit) in Indonesia allows foreign nationals who are employed in Indonesia to continue their stay and legally work beyond the initial KITAS period. The Working KITAS, also known as a Work Visa, is issued to foreign employees who work for Indonesian companies and typically needs to be renewed annually. When the initial period of a Working KITAS is about to expire, the employee and the sponsoring company must apply for an extension to allow the foreign worker to continue their employment and stay in Indonesia.
