Investor KITAS

DETAILS:
The Investor KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) is a temporary stay permit issued to foreign nationals who invest in and manage businesses in Indonesia. This visa allows investors to reside in Indonesia and participate in the management of the company they have invested in. The Investor KITAS is designed to facilitate the entry and residence of foreign investors, encouraging them to contribute to the Indonesian economy.

REQUIREMENTS:

Employee documents:

• Copy of passport (minimum 18 months of validity).

• Passport-sized photo (red background).

• Curriculum Vitae (in English).

• Educational certificates relevant to the position.

• Letter of work experience in their field.

Company documents (PMA):

• Copy of NPWP (tax identification number).

• NIB (company registration number).

• Company’s Articles of Association.

• Company’s legal domicile (SKTU).

• Updated operational license (if applicable).

• IMTA (temporary work permit).

Other requirements:

• Sponsorship letter from the company.

• Health insurance plan in Indonesia.
