Multiple Entry Pre-investment Visa (D12)

DETAILS:
A Multiple Entry Pre-Investment Visa in Indonesia is designed for foreign investors who need to frequently visit Indonesia for pre-investment activities. This visa allows potential investors to enter and exit the country multiple times within its validity period, providing flexibility for those who are in the process of evaluating investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, or setting up business structures before making significant investments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• An Authorization Letter from the Directorate General of Immigration in Jakarta, Indonesia

• Completed visa application form (downloadForm Visa.pdf)

• Original passport valid at least for 18 months upon the date of arrival in Indonesia

• 1 (one) colored pasport size photograph

• A copy of the complete round trip electronic airline ticket with the name of the Travel Agency/Airline with departure date and flight number from Canada and arrival and departure dates to and from Indonesia at 60 days or less (airline ticket or Ferry ticket). Your name must be on the ticket.

• Payment in form of money order/bank draft CAD 150 payable to "Indonesian Consulate", and additional CAD 20 if you required Indonesian immigration approval-telex

• Invitation letter ( required):

• For business, seminar, or meeting purposes, please attach an invitation letter from the Indonesia based partner company or institution

• For social or family visit, please attach an invitation letter from Indonesia based family or friend​

• For internship and non-profit activity (volunteering), please attach an invitation or reference letter from the Indonesian based company/ organization/ other local partner.​

• Please fill out the "Views of Indonesia" survey form (KuesionerCitraIndonesiaFinal.pdf)​

• Holder of passport from countries: Afghanistan, Cameroon, Guinea, Israel, North Korea, Liberia, Niger, Nigeria, and Somalia, requires Immmigration authorization prior to issuing a visa
