REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Paid-Up Capital: The minimum paid-up capital for a PT PMA is Rp. 10 billion (~700,000 USD). You must sign a capital statement letter confirming you have sufficient funds.
Articles of Association: The Articles of Association should outline the company’s structure, purpose, and operating procedures.
Proof of Registered Business Address: You need to provide a lease agreement or proof of ownership for the business address.
Identification Documents: Copies of valid ID/passport for all company directors and shareholders.
Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs with white backgrounds for directors, shareholders, and the company representative.
Additional Documents: Depending on your business type, additional licenses and permits may be required.
