Second Home
DETAILS:
The Second Home Visa in Indonesia is a newly introduced visa program aimed at attracting wealthy foreign nationals, investors, retirees, and professionals who want to live in Indonesia for an extended period. The visa is designed for individuals who can demonstrate substantial financial resources or invest in the country. Unlike other visa types, such as the Retirement KITAS or Digital Nomad Visa, the Second Home Visa offers a longer stay and is part of Indonesia’s broader strategy to attract affluent expatriates and boost the economy. The Second Home Visa allows foreigners to live in Indonesia for an extended period (up to 5 or 10 years) without needing traditional work permits. It is targeted at high-net-worth individuals, retirees, and professionals who want to make Indonesia their second home.
